Gold down 12 bucks or so is great.

What you never, ever, want in a bull market is day after day new highs. Then you are guaranteed a big fall.

This is very healthy. Way better than jumping past 1369.

Forget the price anyway. Gold is a long term investment; if you watch the daily fluctuations you'll go insane in the end. Just know by Jan next year it is going to be way, way up.
