i was drinking a double-dose, a fruit cordial containing aspatarme, mixed with lemonade containing the same instead of water.

was feeling really listless, yet couldn't sleep.

i felt even worse first few days back on coca-cola, but now much better.
please, i know coca cola not good, but at least its sugar. probably.
