my wife is in bed now, sick as fuck, having had to finish work early

guess what? yep, aspartame in her coffee.

i've TRIED telling her, to no avail. she thinks it helps her diet, but she's overweight. she can't seem to shake her extra weight off. I'm convinced it's the sweeteners, but there's only so much nagging you can do, isn't there?

thanks to GLP, I have given up margarine, all sodas, aspartame, and most recently ALL dairy products, and any foods containing dairy.
