I read an article from rense.com today and it reminded me of this thread. It talks about using aspartame in hot drinks such as coffee. Here ya go:

Stevia tastes like vomit. Can not stand it. Try Xylitol. Tastes like sugar but is good for your teeth. Don't use too much at first until your body gets used to it.

The only thing to be aware of without a gall bladder is you can't digest animal fat. You will suffer a "gall bladder attack" -- even without a gall bladder. That, in my opinion, is the most painful thing there is.

I've been without a gall bladder now for nearly 20 years. I can't digest butter so I use lite butter. I cut all fat away from meats before eating it. Stay away from fatty meats such as sausages, etc. If you like sausages, use the chicken or turkey sausages. Nowadays they taste like the regular sausages. Otherwise, someone should do fine without a gall bladder.

Thanks a lot, that was the key to her issue. Reheating the coffee all day long to keep it warm. In the microwave no less.

Not a stevia person here either. Probably better on sugar. It has problems all of it's own, but at least it doesn't put holes in your brain like MS.

Aspartame put me in the hospital. They thought I was having a heart attack.

I had started drinking diet sodas with aspartame. Quit them and all symptoms went away almost immediately.

The damned stuff should be taken off the market. God knows what other kind of damage it is doing.

Given that Rumsfield has been at the head of the pack
to have Asparatame approved (he was on the board for
Sereale co. the ones who discovered it)...it IS A POLITICAL
hot potato. I wish that Trump would look into THIS
PART OF THE SWAMP because the people who have pushed
for Asparatame to be substituted for SUGAR in 1,000s of
U.S. products is similar to the "protection money" scam
that was used in the old days. Companies who did NOT
bend to the demand by these CRIMINALS to use the chemical
in their food production found themselves in very bad
situations.

Did you know that they put this poison in the SUGAR
COATING for things like Advil Cold and Sinus and other
medicines, vitamins and candies. I became very ill using
Advil Cold and Sinus plus cough drops for a telephone
job years ago--I was consumming maybe 150 to 200 mg per
DAY (with the so-called safe use is 8 mg per day.) I
didn't even expect that there would be any "additive"
to be concerned about until I was forced by what I thought
was early onset of arthritis to check out my diet.

This is very important and I hope that threads on
Asparatame...Sucralose...AminoSweet, etc. they try to
rename it to disguise its presence in food products
and medicinees CONTINUE so everyone is "clued-in."
