ODESSA has launched Operation Veritas to counter the Revelations, Warnings and Threats made by China on the 13th of October 2010.
This morning JAPAN officially notified the Kremlin of their intention to withdraw from ODESSA and that they will not participate in The scheduled Events. Like China, Japan will also now refuse safe harbor.
Japan's withdrawal from ODESSA is with Immediate effect but their current safe harboring of ODESSA Assets expires in 90 days. (iaw Japan has given Odessa Assets, that are already in safe harbor, in or near Japan, 90 days to leave/vacate)
