There is a good chance the new toys China has received from its 'friends' will mean that the war will be over without the public ever knowing about it. If so, you will see ads and news stories praising everything Chinese, as we emerge into a new world order of global governance and interaction with China's new incoming friends. They have a lot of troops, but they are low quality, and basically landlocked. And they are surrounded by Russia, Japan and India. Now even if they has the most amazing technologies in the world, that does not mean victory. Compare the Taliban and the USA. Or Vietcong and the USA. The USA had all the toys, but lost. China does not have the capacity to physically occupy much of the world. The power of China is WAYYY overstated IMO.
