How to get your money back on a new mattress if you refuse to take delivery??

We went and bought a temper-pedic mattress yesterday - after bringing the temper-pedic pillows home they put off a horrible smell- I could not breathe as I have asthma and I immediately had a sore throat and burning in my nose. There was a sticker on the pillow when we opened it that talked about a smell that is normal that would go away with use. I can not even imagine having this product that close to my body based on how I feel just smelling it from a distance. We paid for the purchase with our credit card yesterday but we do not have the bed delivered yet and we did sign a paper that said all sales final - I will not have this toxic smelling bed brought into my home - is there a way we can get our money refunded or are we going to have to eat the entire cost of this expensive bed?
