Clearing out obsolete energy fields with a crystal and the Sacred Rays.

The basis of good spirituality is an abundant supply of clean, high level energy. But what happens when the person is clogged with old energy fields that don't want to yield to the new energy?

One way to loosen and break up these old, obsolete fields is to first realize that humans are composed of trillions of fields from head to toe: each cell in your body has a field and every organ and bone does as well. Your circulation system has its own field and so does your mind, etc. Sometimes these fields are called angels. All of these numerous and nested fields have a vibration and a number that can be affected by the following 8 influences:

1) visualization
2) humming
3) pulsed breath with sincere intent
4) crystals that are programmed properly with the
5) Sacred Rays
6) mudras (hand postures) leading to kriyas (energy adjustments)
7) entheogens and nutrition
8) advice from your higher self

The goal here is to shatter the old fields and replace them with fresh and higher fields for the next level of spirituality. There is no spiritual evolution without this process -- which can take years.

As you shatter the old fields, old memories and traumas will evaporate, old habits will fade, old angers will dissipate and old ideas will lose their attraction. In Christianity this is called sanctification. In other systems purification.

First I program the crystal with all the Sacred Rays, 2) then I hold it to my heart chakra, or point it into my left hand from my right hand. This forms a circuit of energy running through your body. I hold the crystal with all 10 fingers as each right hand finger project energy and all the left ones receive energy.

3) Then I ask my higher self to show me what I can clean up today and replace, 4) Then I visualize whatever Rays and bad fields come to mind, 5) Next I start to hum to add vocal energy to the mix, this usually really gets the activity going and results in kriyas.

6) After I hum for awhile, and I feel like I am up against some stubborn old field, I pulse my breath through the bridge of my nose and intend" "be shattered old field!" and I visualize all bad energy going down into the Earth. At this point I usually shake and the kriyas really set in.

7) I shake up the old fields where ever I find them and as much as my body can stand at that sitting, some fields are small bubbles and some are as big as my whole body, but there are many layers of fields and you want them all vibrating at the highest possible vibration. Marcel Vogle as some excellent healing tapes where he shatter people's entire aura and then waits a few minutes while the aura rebuilds itself back into it's original beauty and strength.

The goal of mysticism is to clean and heal the physical, emotional and mental bodies, but later to dematerialize and change them all into an immortal light body. This is called physical ascension. This is also the goal of yoga, such as Taoist Yoga.

Using various mudras, from yoga practice and Falun Dafa, or entheogens and special herbs and nutrition can also be added to the mix. Whatever works for you. It is fun to experiment and refreshing to get rid of the old crap from life and bring down something new and beautiful. Let me know how this works for you.

Amethyst is better in my opinion, the Violet Ray and Pink and Magenta Rays are the strongest.

You get it, but breathing and pulsed breath are two different things. Pulsed breath is a way of focusing and releasing your intent in a more powerful way than simple visualization. Yogic breathing uses the breath to accumulate good energy, circulate the good energy and pump out the old energy into the Earth for recycling.

Sure, I am interested, I feel strongly that the Sacred Rays will be the basis for the new age, which will bring in higher technology and higher spirituality to all who make the 2012 cut.

The word and hope and change must go out to all. The Earth will be a much better place if people just accept the basic idea that the Rays are the closest thing to God we can get our paws on and that God's direct energy is the fuel of real enlightenment.

Just accepting this is fantastic, actually accomplishing it is simply incredible! Establishing this in society will take the new energy grid around the Earth to become more active and extensive DNA changes in humans.

Still, it will come.

I do not want to be a leader however, I also feel strongly that people have had enough good leaders and teachers and now need to do their own meditations and connect with their own higher selves. This is really what the Rays want to do, too. Connect, connect, connect and get that flow going.

The interview with George Kavassilas last night raised the issue of phony light from clever and evil aliens being absorbed by humans and deceiving them into entering spacecrafts instead of ascension portals.

This issue is very relevant to this thread which seeks to connect people with the genuine Sacred Rays, directly from the dynamo of the Godhead, that only come through the higher self; and not through some alien spaceship or religious organization, or cult leader, etc.

1) Does the energy feel like it is a very high vibration, and high enough to be Godly and not just high enough to trick you.

3) Does the energy strengthen you or sap you?

4) Does the energy seek to generally improve your relationships with good people, or does it just create problems? Unfortunately we can't stop bad people from deciding to go after us who just hate higher energy.

5) Sacred Rays will produce the fruits and gifts of the Spirit as listed in the Bible.

6) Does the energy lead to greater independence and personal control or seek to surrender that personal control to others? Are you being pressured? cajoled? Railroaded? Scared?

7) Does it feel right to your spiritual heart and center?

George is warning of the faked UFO invasion and fake 'rapture'. For sure, we do want to be here when Earth ascends in 2012/2013. And just as sure, some service to self 4D beings/ets want to take us elsewhere to keep us in 4D so they can keep harvesting the resources we so readily give up through our ignorance.

The dark cabal doesn't have any options left, this is their end game, and fortunately it won't happen on a scale nearly as large as they want simply because enough people have awakened and remembered. All that talk about 2012 happening now or at the end of this year is bullshit, it is their end game false rapture/invasion, though at this point it is much more likely to come across as rapture for most of those who would possibly be fooled, since the fear necessary to use the invasion scenario to provide the results desired simply no longer exists within the collective human psyche, thanks to much transmutational work by many many enlightened energy/consciousness healers.

Now having said that, do not forget that the Good Energy must work out the pockets of bad energy and that this will be somewhat disruptive to the meditator, but these should be relatively short lived, "dark nights of the soul" types of experiences. The over all trend of your energy should be more refined leading to greater love and ability for service.

This trend ends up looking like a stock graph for a profitable, long term company.

Here are a couple of recent podcasts that pertain to Earth absorbing Sacred Rays and becoming a "light planet". The Earth is an evolving being just as we are in our more personal microcosms.

The Earth is "Mother God" in her sphere, we are "mother and father god" in our auras, and, of course, God is "God" in the universe. Call them nested holograms or souls or whatever you choose, just understand that we are all unified at deeper levels and if we hurt others we are certainly hurting ourselves.

Also useful on this recording are the various levels of deception people get into trying to follow the higher and lower energies.

No one is exactly sure what is happening on Planet Earth at this time, but many have a good sense and useful partial knowledge. We keep learning more.

Dearest OP, thank you for this thread. I have yet to read all of it. In my typical style, I read the beginning, and the end, then started moving backwards (to verify that it indeed does catch my attention and is something i need to read/digest) and will go through the rest in linear order. I was compelled, however, to say thank you in specific for the Hathors message. I believe I needed knowledge of this "Void" as it is so eloquently described.

Lets see what else I can learn and I'll come back to discuss and perhaps share some of my knowledge as well (or at least my perspective ;) )

For a brief moment, I ripped myself out of the matrix. Not with the 12 years of work as yourself, I was an unprepared kid, who believed in nothing outside himself.

In my experience, I didn't see the Void, I saw Home, the place where I was before coming here. It was not a planet, but rather a state of consciousness, Oneness.

I had to stop at the end of page 7, simply because of lack of cohesion on my part. You have said many things that are helpful to many people, and even given me some new information to absorb, and for this I am grateful. I dont have any questions at this point, as I feel it silly to ask what has already been asked, and since I have 20 or so pages to read through, I will need to check out the rest before I ask, or respond to what you have so kindly given.

In the end, I know that I'm already home though, so to be honest, this "school" just seems to be a pointless game. I've already erased a paragraph or two, because, as you obviously know, it is unwise to catch the dedicated attention of these entities (not Humans or Souls, but those other things....the feeders, vamps, flyers, leeches, demons, inorganics, or whatever names these little buggers are called). I do know that while I am here, I am food for them, or at least was.

Many creatures over time develop their own ways of becoming inedible to their main predators. I suppose it was the works of Castenada that taught me how to not be food. We, as beings, dont need to evolve physically for this, but we DO have to evolve mentally and emotionally. Becoming inedible isnt too difficult, but describing to another being how to do so without alarming the feeders is an entirely different story.

Once you are no longer palatable to them, you can build up energy quite quickly, not knowing how to use this "extra" energy can be counterproductive, so I appreciate the way you are guiding people to balance their mind, body, and emotions. You are a good teacher.

Rising pitch humming to induce enlightenment

This is a technique I should have mentioned above, but that post was getting kinda long.

When you meditate, it is helpful to hum, as sound is an energy that focuses even more energy on to the good thing you are already focusing on.

The most worthy goal of meditation is to get more energy, get better energy and direct that energy to key places within your chakra system, aura or meridians.

Humming can gently push your personal energy to a higher vibration.

If you chose a comfortable pitch to start with, raise the pitch of your humming gradually to encourage all of the energies within your body to raise their vibration, en masse.

The higher your vibration, the better you will be. If you raise your overall vibration 5%, that's 5% less bullshit from the lower realms you will have to be in contact with.

When you raise all your vibrations permanently, you will have ascended out of the material plane all together.

Humming higher and higher pitches is a gentle way you can step up your energy baseline and it feels good too.

You do not have to strain your voice to go higher. Once you get going you can just imagine the sounds going higher, and moving into different colors as you wish.

If you get too shrill, just start over again at a lower pitch and push up as you want to.

Add some solfeggio frequencies if helpful.

Your planet is entering a critical transition state, characterized by a multiplicity of Chaotic Nodes.

In our previous communications we have discussed the changes taking place on your Earth in the context of a single Chaotic Node. But from our viewpoint, multiple Chaotic Nodes are now emerging. These complex interacting nodes involve such things as radical weather anomalies, increases in earthquake and volcanic activity, critical challenges to the planet’s eco-systems, challenges to agriculture and food sources, as well as political and economic volatility.

In addition to these planetary Chaotic Nodes, the sun of your solar system is entering a greater level of volatility and unpredictability as well. It is entering into multiple Chaotic Nodes itself, driven by its own internal cycles, but also greatly impacted, as we have said in previous messages, by the galactic center.

The physical challenges you will face in the near future are many, but our message at this time does not concern the physical dimension of these difficulties. These changes, and their resulting challenges, will be apparent to anyone who looks beneath the surface of current events.

Our focus in this communication is on the emotional and spiritual crisis you are facing.

When a system enters multiple Chaotic Nodes there is increased stress on those elements or beings that reside in the vibratory level of existence where the Chaotic Nodes are taking place.

Let us speak to this for a moment in terms other than human existence. As we said earlier, beings living in a realm of existence undergoing multiple Chaotic Nodes will be inevitably stressed by increases in chaotic events.

As chaotic elements within planetary weather patterns increase, as challenges to agriculture multiply, and as economic problems grow, there will be an increase in global human anxiety.

This type of anxiety tends to center around physical survival, and while anxiety about survival can drive human beings into a type of madness and irrationality, there is something more insidious and hidden in the current transition state you are now entering.

This hidden danger has to do with thought forms perpetuated by some of your major religions and spiritual traditions. These thought forms and belief systems maintain the notion that there is a separation between the physical and the interdimensional (spiritual) aspects of your existence. The physical world is viewed as tainted; nature is seen as something to be subdued and dominated (as opposed to co-creating with the natural world), and in essence, the world is viewed as something to be escaped from.

We do not share this belief. Our experience is that consciousness is one continuum from the highest vibrations of light into the lowest vibrations of matter and that the very atoms and subatomic particles that comprise your world are, by their very nature, sacred—if by sacred you mean related to the whole.

As the stresses generated by multiple Chaotic Nodes increase, there will be a tendency for many humans to enter delusional and dissociative states of consciousness.

Those who adhere to the thought form that there is an eternal schism between the realms of matter and those of spirit will be most prone to this aberration in consciousness. And as stresses increase, due to the complex interaction of multiple Chaotic Nodes, there will be a marked tendency for some of these individuals to be separated further and further from the realities of the physical dimension. This type of communal dissociation will be further driven by religious and spiritual thought forms regarding “the End Times,” “the Day of Judgment,” and the “Purification of Earth.” This delusional state of mind will become a type of collective mental/emotional virus as whole groups of individuals succumb to stress and overwhelm as they struggle to deal with the global effects of multiple Chaotic Nodes.

Lines in the Sand

From our perspective, a line is being drawn in the sands of human consciousness. And this line is nothing less than the demarcation between those who uphold the schism between matter and spirit as perpetuated by the world’s major religions and those who don’t.

What side of this line you stand on will determine to a great extent what you are open to, in terms of planetary and personal transformation.

All Initiates must determine for themselves, what is true and not true, especially when it comes to this religiously perpetuated schism between matter and spirit. And by Initiates, we simply mean those who strive to live upward in consciousness, regardless of the method or spiritual traditions they follow.

The Path of the Heart

From our perspective, the threshold for an Initiate from the lower vibrational worlds into the upper worlds is, first and foremost, through the heart. This transit of consciousness is essentially an inner journey from the lower chakras to the higher chakras. It is only when an Initiate both transcends and transforms his or her personal fixation on security, sex and power that the upward spiral opens. And the entrance into this upward spiral of consciousness occurs when the heart chakra becomes energetically open and permeable.

The paradox and the difficulty is that you live in a dualistic universe, and virtually any action you take is met by a counter-force. This paradox and difficulty is like a metaphorical grain of sand in an oyster; it is irritating. But through the process of self-evolution, the irritation (i.e. duality) becomes a pearl, and paradoxically, something of value emerges from that which was problematic. But each Initiate must create this pearl of self-transformation for him or herself. No religion, no master, no teacher or guru can do it for you.

It may sound too simplistic but, in our experience, the greatest evolutionary catalyst, and the greatest vibratory field of safety to bridge transition states (such as the one you are collectively entering), is through the heart, your heart.

Let us be more specific here. As the number of Chaotic Nodes increases, the challenges to mental and emotional stability will multiply. And as a result, increasing numbers of individuals will enter irrational states of consciousness. There will be a tendency for these individuals to act out in self-destructive ways. And because you are connected to all life on this planet, you will be affected to some extent by the emotional turmoil of others.

Thus it would be of great benefit to you as an Initiate, to cultivate a coherent emotional state, something you return to again and again, reinforcing what we call a positive attractor.

Then it will be as if you have an energetic bubble of coherency around you. You will be able to see clearly and respond to the dualistic world you live in, yet your vibratory essence will remain protected from the increasing levels of chaos and irrationality of others. How you do this is your choice. There are many ways to accomplish this. We will simply offer two.

The first is the most basic and fundamental but is the foundation for the more advanced. We are well aware that many persons reading these messages are new to this type of information, while others are very advanced, which is why we are offering two techniques.

The Basic Technique

This first method is for those unfamiliar with the vastness of their own inner consciousness. It is simple but highly effective.

We recommend you regularly cultivate this coherent state in the garden of your mind.

To accomplish this, you simply reside in the feelings of appreciation or gratitude, without any reason to do so. In other words, you are not looking to something in your environment or your life to feel appreciation or gratitude for. You simply enter into this vibratory state for no other reason other than choosing to do so.

This vibratory state creates a coherency in your body and mind, and it is a type of mental/emotional upliftment that acts as a counter-balance to the downward spiral many humans will be experiencing.

We recommend that you enter this emotional state several times a day. Just a minute or two is all that is needed, but by entering into this vibratory state throughout the day, you train your brain/mind/body to enter into a coherent state at will. And this will be a very helpful and important mind-skill as you enter further into this planetary transition state (i.e. the emergence of multiple Chaotic Nodes).

One reason we say that this mind-skill will be helpful to you is due to the inherent effects of multiple Chaotic Nodes.

Many of you will find greater opportunities for frustration in your daily life. This is because actions taken will increasingly not lead to the result anticipated. Even those of you who are intellectually gifted and masters of manifestation may find blocks and unanticipated hindrances, due to no causation on your part, but rather due to the actions or inactions of others, as well as unanticipated problems caused by the increase of chaotic events in the world around you. Thus, when you find yourself at your wit’s end, so to speak, if you have cultivated the positive attractor of appreciation or gratitude you can use it to intervene into your own emotional turmoil, for if you succumb to your own emotional stress the contagion of mass hysteria is more likely to reach you.

Think of this simple technique as a lifesaver. It’s something passive, you just rest in it, and it creates a vibratory field that by its very nature protects your emotional and spiritual essence.

The Advanced Technique

The second technique we wish to share is for those of you who are more experienced with your inner worlds.

We discussed the first part of this method in a previous message called Ecstasy and the Heart.

The technique involves focusing on the physical heart, not the heart chakra, and while focusing your attention on the physical heart you enter into the state of appreciation or gratitude (just as with the simple method we gave earlier).

The effect of holding your awareness in the physical heart while experiencing appreciation or gratitude creates bliss or ecstasy if you hold the two together long enough.

Once you enter bliss or ecstasy you become aware of the space between the atoms of your body and your environment. This is a shift of mental attention and is based on the quantum reality that physical matter is over 99% space.

Obviously, you do not perceive this space between the atoms of your body and your immediate environment through your physical senses due to the limitations of your nervous system. But the non-local aspect of your consciousness that is unfettered by the limitations of your physical reality can experience this space.

The final stage of this technique involves a shifting of attention. As you become aware of this space in your body and the space around you, you perform a paradoxical feat of consciousness. You send the appreciation and gratitude you are experiencing, both to the space within your body and to the space around you, as well to the particles of matter that comprise your body and the world around you.

This “holding” of both space and matter in the vibratory realm of appreciation or gratitude will eventually reveal your nature as both an embodied and un-embodied being—as a being living through a physical body or form and simultaneously as a consciousness unbounded by form. If you persist with this method, it will eventually open a miraculous doorway for you, a doorway that leads to profound insights regarding the nature of ascension.

In regard to choosing which method to use, we suggest you begin where you are.

The first method, though simple, is highly effective at protecting you from the contagion of human irrationality and will lift you upward into the currents of the upward spiral, even as those around you spiral downward.

When you feel you are ready, you can explore the advanced method. This is not a marathon race to see who can get to the advanced method the quickest.

The only thing that is required is that you reside in appreciation or gratitude as often as possible without causation. This simple vibratory realm will be a great ally to you as you pass through the current planetary transition state.

Another ally to you in this transition is a meditation we gave in one of our previous communications. We call it The Crystal Palace Within, and we encourage you to experiment with it. If it speaks to you, use it often for it connects you to the wisdom of Gaia (Earth) and enlivens a central conduit for the higher realms of your existence known to your science as your pineal gland and known to us as the jewel in the head.

As we said at the beginning of this message, you are entering a critical transition state. For those unfamiliar with our previous message entitled Transition States of Consciousness, we strongly suggest that you take a look at this communication.

Your Earth is entering a perilous period in its upward movement. Many aspects of your reality will be changing right before your eyes, more rapidly than you could ever have imagined.

Due to the acceleration of time, the transformation of your civilization will increase exponentially. Your word “transformation” literally means moving beyond form, thus the structures of your reality (meaning the thought forms and beliefs as well as the external realities of your life) will be undergoing rapid change.

A greater fluidity of consciousness is required. Protection of your vibratory essence is vital. You are entering harrowing times and yet in this complexity there are immense opportunities for your own personal evolution.

We believe that there will be a greater polarization between people as the Chaotic Nodes increase in number and intensity. And yet even in the midst of that polarization, if your heart/mind is open you will have moments of deep communion with others, even strangers, whenever you look into the eyes of another human being who recognizes the sacredness of this moment, the sacredness of life, and the sacredness of this Earth.

It almost seemed like this world and its values tried to see kindness as a weakness. It feels the human condition has to shut down our heart to cope and survive sometimes. Our minds can get stronger to handle the dysfunction and abusive aspects, but a dysfunctional mind centric state of beig lacking heart seems like a zombie.

When I think of "the meek", it seems to describe quiet and tiny beings, yet have the strongest Hearts. That seems like a good source of one's being.

Any objections to the message in this video?

Good points. Unless we are led by the universal consciousness of love and light we are doomed to become egos in a continuous war. Egos need to be sheepled in order to get along and survive. It is a type of zombie cut off from his own higher self. But if we live in the higher self all of the matrix beats the hell out of us. We do get stronger, but we still cannot throw off the matrix without everyone's cooperation. Most people are blind to the essential problem and prance off the cliff like lemmings.

I have several objections to this video

1) It does not recognize the higher self as a microcosmic god. We are divine in nature and we are gods over our own auras and bodies -which are a miniature universe. If you don't see this clearly; then you are not enlightened.

2) Enlightenment is not an intellectual process of gaining insight or knowledge. This is the main mistake most systems make. Enlightenment is solely accomplished by Higher beings infusing your chakras with sacred rays in proper combination for your individuality and mission. This is what brings the higher self down into your heart chakra and flips the switch. Higher beings can't wait to do this for you, provided you pass the tests and meet the many conditions of detachment and uncorruptibility.

3) The force against enlightenment is alien and their purpose is to block our enlightenment while they breed with us until they can get back into the 5th dimension or find their way back up into heaven. They are using us to get into heaven, in other words. This is why they keep us around and spoon feed us partially false religious bullshit.

4) The energy of enlightenment is the Sacred Rays and only the Sacred Rays. There is no substitute for only the Rays carry the divine consciousness! I do not mean alien or fallen energies that give you a nice buzz or some psychic experiences. Real Sacred Rays produce real fruits of the spirit, not the fake and flashy stuff.

5) The new age will have more of this, but for right now it is very dangerous for anyone to go high on the Sacred Rays. The rays are not strong in us yet for our own safety. The Aliens are hot to block enlightened folk and make "examples" out of them.

6) Still, the best thing to do is study, seek, invoke and try to harmonize with the Sacred Rays as practice for later on. It is the best we can do.
