Poor people dont have a chance in their homeland, so they go out and search for other countries where they might have a chance. Surely they have not much chances for work in highly industrial countries with a good education niveau. But welfare in germany is better than welfare somrwhere in Anatolia. It's much more comfortable to live from welfare money in a rich state than to be a farmer with no welfare money in a poor country.

A country can absorb such immigrants to a certain point. But at a certain point the balance is lost. It's the moment when you have whole neighborhoods in big cities which are only inhabited by people from certain countries. Living their own rules from their homeland.
