Mortgage help in for those with job loss in NC.... perhaps in other states????

Listen I was helping a friend in NC who recently lost his job about his housing situation. With the foreclosure issues rampant in the US right now I found this for him and maybe it might help out someone else too.

Now this is for NC but perhaps a similar search in your state might pull up something similar to help yourself or someone else you know out as well.

It isn't the end all be all but anything that can help a little is worth persuing.
