I can't imagine the damage that is going to result. Seriously. I couldn't imagine how much wind that was....many moons ago, I spent a lot of time on Puget Sound with my Dad. There, I had to learn knots because marine forecasts are that way. I wasn't thinking through just how large a number that really is: 190 knots translates to 218 miles per hour. Thanks for the info, and yeah, these speeds are hard to imagine the damage. Devastating to say the least, and I don't think this storm will lose much steam over landfall.
