The problem is most of these chemicals are not leaving the body without help. They build up and become more toxic over time. Once a year complete cleanse will keep you healthy. I had numerous joint issues and detoxed last year. My joint problems disappeared and you can bet it is an annual goal to do this and stay healthy.

i try to keep track of what im putting in my body, but there is so many chemicals in the food we eat and the things we eat that food in and with. even as i type this looking at a can of rockstar energy drink trying not to think about what is in it.i say that all of us along with the fda share the blame for all this. i have always had my own suspicions about what the fda allows to be put into our food and water but never ne evidence.
