it IS interesting.. just because there were no cell towers back then doesn't mean that human beings a hundred or two years from now wouldn't use similar devices yet to communicate with the time ship or whatever.

Pretty interesting considering the Handie-Talkie SCR536 Radio didn't come out until 1940. It's also kinda freaky that this person is talking into something resembling a cell phone the year that Motorola was founded.
