one thing you forgot to mention
wars are fought over religion
and their will always be pockets of Resistance
world piece would be a wonderfully thing but battles have been fought in the animal world long before people turned up, and the reasons why wars are fought did not happen over night, it would Peace could happen overnight and I cannot say that it wont It (unfortunately) vary unlikely, If it does happen it will be a gradual process
