revelation says that until we are born again, we all have a much less dense self out there somewhere (we are all time travelers) and the dense body is supposed to keep that wandering spirit safe by taking good care of itself. many dense bodies are in very bad shape and the less dense body will continue to wander about until it can safely inhabit host body.
