Blacked out helicopter just hovering around my hood yesterday around 6:15pm in LAS VEGAS NV

So last night there was 1 helicopter blacked out except for running lights red green. Normally when a news copter is hovering you can see the colors this one was black no markings on it at all took a look with binoc's. Did anyone else notice it here in vegas???
Also huge increase in chem trails that day all over the sky.
I'm used to seeing a few but they where all over the sky in all directions.
