Yes, but when you get sick and HAVE to be treated I will be the one paying the higher premiums. So YOUR choice just cost me more money.
I think the "higher premiums" is a myth. Instead, I believe we pay higher premiums because of a litigious society. Doctors have to cover their arses and then pass along the costs to us.
