what we are talking about here is no different than lighting up an EMP over a city, if you have studied asymmetrical warfare, this is first strike, and would attack everything from utilities, to banks, to command and control centers. and yes i understand the limitations to a "hardened" facility, along with the role of moles.

Since when did our government worry about doing something that wasn't legal? Seems a little disingenuous all things considered.

Btw, I was being sarcastic about the "popular" remark. My fear is that if they get the shot, they will take it.

They say it is to "protect American interests". Are those the "interests" that actually benefit us or the "interests" we as American citizens know nothing about, benefit only the shadow governments and are probably totally illegal to begin with. I'm betting it's the latter.
