How is it possible that I picked up Sirius radio in my car today???

I'm not complaining because whoever on the road that had Sirius was listening to "Judith" by A Perfect Circle and that was kinda cool to have it coming through my speakers over KROQ, but I'm just wondering how the hell it happened to begin with??? Never had that happen before.
