Can group meditation bring World Peace?

Hey, Shaun. Got any feedback yet from folks who did 11 mins of meditation at 11:11 on 11:11? I turned off all the electronics, starting dragon breath at 11:11, some nice incense burning, just concentrating on the breathing and 2 of my 4 cats suddenly had to be next to me, one on either side. Then it occurred to me that with each breath I could breathe "in" the darkness and breathe "out" waves of light, so that's what I did, visualizing peace and beauty and calmness. I told myself before starting that I would stop in exactly 11 minutes. When I had the urge to move, the cats jumped down and I looked at the clock, it was 11:22, which was kind of cool since I was really unaware of the time while doing the meditation. Felt like waves breaking against the shore, the inhale/exhale. Don't know what it accomplished, but I felt great afterward and it occurred to me that I don't meditate enough these days.....Would enjoy hearing from others what they experienced. Curiosity.

That would be "gal" actually! The "trick" is to be at peace within yourself. If we all radiate that all the time (yeah, tall order, I know) then there simply would be world peace because everyone would be AT peace - somehow I know that is the ultimate goal, though there are infinite roads to get there. It is mastery of the self that is key to union with Self. Doesn' mean we can't still dance in our own little worlds! (And it's the same 2 of my kittehs that always come running if I'm meditating, the other 2 couldn't care less....)

it is possible, but what we all need is to open our hearts, learn to feel love and let that radiate to all 24/7. it takes time, but it can be done.

check out www.heartsanctuary.org for their free meditation/prayer. it's very easy to do. just smile, relax and enjoy. let the love go in your heart and let it go out. just let it happen and do nothing but enjoy and follow any feelings of peace, love, and calmness. as the heart learns to feel more joy and peace, the mind starts to experience more calmness and less chatter.

You know a while back I introduced Set/Seth to this board, and I was mocked of course. Too easy, I know. Anyhow, I outright warned Horus followers that Set was back. You see, I follow Set, and believe in this deity. We are all free to follow our own higher being, and I have chosen Set. my old friend 'peace' overdosed on drugs and died a while back.. there will be no peace in this world until separation.. peace will only be achieved once separation from the enemy has been achieve..

Show me someone who is at peace with themselves and I will show you some one who is drunk high or a sheep. Show me someone who is living for good and love and a better society and you will see cognitive dissonance in the inter working of their thought with the hope and goal of peace through love knowing it is in a far distant future.
