Play really obnoxious music LOUD at 7am

decide that you want to make something with wood and drill it to the wall at 7am

Spray your fence with stain on washing day
(and accidentally miss and hit them or washing)

oooh have LOUD sex when you know they will hear!!

Knock on their door and start preaching religion and keep on at them
