Anonymous Coward User ID: 1148092 United States 11/16/2010 11:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have NEVER been a political activist of any kind, never emailed or phoned a politician about anything. I told them that I am ENRAGED, will not fly, have done my research, see that the scanners could cause 700% increase in Leukemia, etc. I also said "WHY isn't the state of ISRAEL using these damn machines?", and "I understand that SOROS and CHERTOFF both benefit FINANCIALLY from the sale of these machines to our airports. I WANT THIS LOOKED INTO." And I SOUNDED ENRAGED. all 3 secretaries were polite, blah blah...FWIW |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 287857 United States 11/16/2010 11:27 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | If this gets derailed, do you think they will stage a false flag and bomb a plane themselves and put the fear in all to accept it, Big Brother knew best? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1166134Not like they haven't already done it-if they are willing to even consider a Northwoods, or removing the Shah when girls could actually go to school in that country do you really think they will blanche with pulling another terror "exercise" They keep exercising totalitarian control, reminiscent of Germany, but sadly their plan is FAR WORST and the greatest tyranny ever attempted up to this time through hundreds of thousands of years... seems their matchbox track is running out of track...they just want the loop to keep playing because their time of ruling others, those trapped in ignorance IS NOT INFINITE, like a corrupted computer program they will continue to de compile. corruption feeds on itself ultimately killing itself, the closer they come to their end, the greater and more reprehensible will be their acts-they are a desperate race-a DYING race...I will not give them spittle |

J.H.F.C. User ID: 889802 United States 11/16/2010 12:08 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There’s a TSA oversight hearing scheduled for Wednesday the 17th at 10:00am by the Senate Subcommittee on Aviation Operations, Safety and Security. (announced by The Savvy Traveler) Quoting: TX PATRIOT 1084508Over the next two days, tell 'em how you feel: Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation Subcommittee on Aviation Operations, Safety and Security Byron Dorgan, Chairman (202) 224-2551 Jim DeMint, Ranking Member (202) 224-6121 Maria Cantwell (202) 224-3441 John Ensign (202) 224-6244 Claire McCaskill (202) 224-6154 Mark Warner (202) 224-2023 Mike Johanns (202) 224-4224 John Thune (202) 224-2321 . I sent the above senators (and my own two senators) the following email. TSA sexual assaults against passengers are a complete outrage. They are unreasonable (therefore Unconstitutional) because ANYONE who works on the loading areas of ANY large airport can put ANYTHING on airplanes. I worked at JFK airport in NYC for more than six years and I know the above to be true. I worked for two companies that provided the following services: aircraft loading, cargo handling, commissary (food), aircraft maintenance, cabin cleaning, load and balance, passenger services, baggage room services (and more). In the second company I worked for, half of the employees were transient minimum wage earners. If I had congressional authorization to do so, I know for certain that I could identify at least twenty-five ways that anyone working inside ANY airport could put ANYTHING on an airplane. Frisking, groping, sexually assaulting innocent people (especially children) and treating them like criminals would NEVER stop an airport employee from doing what these passengers are being LITERALLY accused of doing. And that is EXACTLY what happens every time a "pat down" (which is nothing more than a sexual assault) is performed. One question I have is the following: Why does an aircrew have to be radiated or groped when the minimum wage employees loading the planes are not even looked at when they are INSIDE THE CARGO HOLDS OF THESE AIRPLANES? And lastly, TSA personnel have been recorded as saying that a passenger "gives up a lot of rights" when he or she buys an airline ticket. But this is not EXACTLY true... It is the government which uses its power to take these rights away. The sexual groping of genitalia and women's breasts by the Transportation (non)Security Agency is not only an outrage, it is a crime committed against the people of the United States. |

Quoting: TX PATRIOT 1084508House Committee on Homeland Security Subcommittee on Transportation Security and Infrastructure Protection Dan Lungren (202) 225-5716 I just called Dan Lungren's office, as I am a citizen of CA. They were exceedingly polite and took my information down as to my recent experience with the TSA and the naked body scanners. I asked if Rep. Lungren had a particular position on the new TSA procedures and she said she didn't know and that everyone was out of the office at a hearing at the moment. How ya like me now, TX Patriot? I definitely will still be boycotting flying until they stop this, but I did my civic duty by registering my protest. Last Edited by birdie on 11/16/2010 12:39 PM |

He said she was attending the hearing also, but her position would be determined by the results of the meeting. I told him of my experience and registered my displeasure with the procedures, but he sounded slightly bored and irritated by it. He was polite, but you could tell annoyed. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1002171 United States 11/16/2010 12:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In Denver, and all other Colorado counties, child sex assault accusations can lead to the criminal charge of "sex assault on a child". The sexual assault on a child statute criminalizes any person, the actor, from having "sexual contact" with another person, the child, who is under the age of 15 years old, where the actor is at least 4 years older than the child. "Sexual contact" means any touching of the child's "intimate parts", either under or over clothing. "Intimate parts" includes the butt or groin area of either a boy or a girl, and the breast of a girl. "Sex assault on a child" is a very serious crime in Denver and all other Colorado counties. It may be important to ask these folks if they have ever had an Xray. If so, ask them what the purpose is during the procedure when they cover the male groin area with a led based covering. I cannot speak for the ladies but I assume led blankets may also be used. These are routine, one time scans, yet it is clear that they are shielding certain areas which implies known dangers exist. Everyone knows an X-Ray is a Medical procedure so I would like to know what the qualifications are for the staff performing such at an Airport. Regards JimmyK |

Then, we get to bail out the Airline Industry AGAIN for BILLIONS of dollars. Banks reap reward. THIS IS ALL PLANNED. ITS YET ANOTHER WAY TO ROB THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. It's nothing but anther way for the banks to redistribute the wealth TO THEM. |

The screeners are no doubt just as disposable as we are. There is no way The TSA would leave the impression of any danger. If they had protective clothing or areas it would establish the danger they claim does not exist. Regards JimmyK |

The phone call lasted for about 15 minutes; he was very polite and listened to my every word. ... I concluded that Sen. Dorgan and Congress needed to be aware that the People have reached their tipping point, and that the observed reaction, from my vantage point, is making the health care response look like child's play. The young man did not really provide comment other than letting me know he took notes on our conversation and would definitely hand them off to Sen. Dorgan. He did, however, respond to each question I presented him. You know....I had not considered that as part of the Tipping Point....but it does make sense. These FACIST TSA LAWS must be repealed or taken to the Supreme Court. America is as ticked off about these as the ObamaCare garbage....maybe even more so. Look out FACISTS! |

JimmyK User ID: 387015 United States 11/16/2010 02:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Greetings, It is important to note it is The Airports themselves that have the option to opt out and not use TSA. Private screening Companies can be used and are at the option of the Airport. The TSA is just another phoney way to claim jobs are being added. The 2001 law creating the TSA gave airports the right to opt out of the TSA program in favor of private screeners after a two-year period. The airports are keeping quiet and avoiding much of the outrage but they can do something about it. The Feds still pay regardless of TSA or Private. A private company would be far more professional while remaining under Federal supervision. But there would be less Federal Employees. Pressure needs to be placed directly on The Airports by The People. Regards JimmyK |

November 2nd should have been enough message for those Congressmen left standing. If not, then maybe a reminder is needed that if need be, we will continue with the purging of the non-responsive. |
