California judge rules that in state illegals eligible for college tuition

Have judges lost their freakin mind? Cali is already broke then gives verdict for illegals to obtain state tuition for college. MSN had a vote page on this crap, 96% voted no they should not be given state tuition. Also said other states such as Texas and New York are watching closely. I sure hope my state doesn't have such bull.
