RESIST!!! TSA: *Rapists & Molesters Ok To Be Grope-Searchers/Illegals Ok To Be Pilots*

While sexually molesting children in the name of security, agency hires pedophiles and allows illegal immigrants to fly planes and access secure areas of airports

TSA Gives Rapists And Illegals The Green Light While Groping Children

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet.com
Wednesday, November 10, 2010

While the TSA hires rapists to grope and fondle little girls, women, and the physically disabled in the name of security, it gives the green light to illegal aliens to fly planes and work at US airports, emphasizing once again that invasive “pat down” procedures have nothing to do with terrorism and everything to do with treating the American people with less respect than farmyard animals.

Pat-down procedures

As USA Today reported [link to travel.usatoday.com] despite the TSA’s outright lie [link to www.prisonplanet.com] that the new measures do not constitute groping or even squeezing, “The searches require screeners to touch passengers’ breasts and genitals.”

TSA's New Groping and Fondling Policy

And just to make you more comfortable with the idea of low grade morons who could barely get toilet cleaning jobs touching up your wife or daughter, it now emerges that the TSA’s background check for their own employees is somewhat less stringent than the harassment travelers are faced with every time they go through airport security.

TSA Airport Full Body Scans CAN Store & Export Images

As AirSafe News reports [link to www.airsafenews.com] “The current system of background checks may have allowed those convicted of rape and other sexually based offenses to join TSA.”

Indeed, back in March [link to www.bostonherald.com] it emerged that TSA worker Sean Shanahan, who was employed at Boston Logan International Airport to pat down passengers, had been charged with multiple child sex crimes targeting an underage girl...

Is the TSA allowing convicted rapists to perform pat-down searches?
TSA employees with faulty criminal background checks

The TSA serves a very important and vital role in airline security, and all of their employees are required to pass security and background checks.

So What Are We Able To See On The Body Scanner

However, those checks in the past have been less than thorough.

For example, in 2004, the Department of Homeland Security (which includes TSA) released a report that stated that TSA had allowed some screeners to perform their duties before their criminal background checks were complete, and allowed others to continue working while problems with their background checks were resolved.

Even if this problem no longer exists for current applicants and employees, a more serious problem may be that the current system of background checks may have allowed those convicted of rape and other sexually based offenses to join TSA...

Child rape charge rocks TSA
Logan employee pats down air travelers at scan stations
By O’Ryan Johnson | Boston Herald
Wednesday, March 10, 2010

A Transportation Security Agency worker who pats down members of the flying public was charged with multiple child sex crimes targeting an underage girl yesterday.

The bust outraged privacy and passenger advocates who say it justifies their fears about Logan International Airport’s full-body scanner.

“It’s a huge, huge issue,” said Kate Hinni of FlyersrRights.org. “The TSA needs a complete overhaul . . . If you have a pedophile looking at those naked pictures, they’ve got all your information, it’s a gross violation of their authority. . . . They should make sure none of them is corrupted in any deviant sexual manner.”

Sean Shanahan, 44, of Winthrop was held on $50,000 bail after he was charged with two counts of statutory rape, two counts of enticing a minor and one count of indecent assault and battery. He was arrested yesterday at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he had checked himself in after a suicide threat, prosecutors said (Continued at: [link to bostonherald.com]

Man Films Airport TSA Encounter, Says It Borders on Sexual Assault
by Nisha Chittal | 3:16 pm, November 14th, 2010

In one of the more unusual cases of airport security gone overboard, a man trying to board a flight at San Diego International Airport refused a patdown when he felt it was bordering on sexual assault.

From there, he was told he could not board his flight, was interrogated by several different TSA agents, escorted out of the airport, and then in a turn of events, told that if he left the airport without completing the security screening he could face a civil suit and find of up to $10,000.

But because this is 2010, he filmed the entire encounter using his mobile phone, posted the videos to YouTube, and blogged about the entire ordeal [link to johnnyedge.blogspot.com]

Sexual Molestation and Radiation: Why the TSA Has Gone Too Far
Author: Vanessa Druckman
Published: November 15, 2010 at 8:21 pm

In the aftermath of 9/11 and the subsequent terrorist attempts around the world, air travel passengers have grown accustomed to increasingly bizarre and invasive travel security procedures.

Only the looks of terror on our children's faces as they walk through security remind us of the cost of homeland security.

First, in 2001, there was the failed shoe bomb plot masterminded by deranged Richard Reid. End result: 10 years later, air travelers risk foot fungus and cold feet as they relinquish their shoes for security scans.

Then
, in 2006, there was the failed liquid explosives plot in England. End result: The banishing of liquids over 100 ml, with the exception of baby formula which no longer feels very safe to feed to infants after it's gone through a strict security screening.

Travelers accepted these new security regulations as the terror alert levels changed and climbed the colors of the rainbow, but this Thanksgiving season, the TSA finally seems to have gone too far in infringing upon civil liberties in the name of the war on terror.

Both pilots and consumers are concerned about the invasion of privacy and health risks of repeated x-ray exposure in the new full body x-ray scanners recently implemented in many US airports and are calling for all consumers to request pat downs instead of being scanned on the day before Thanksgiving. Having to scan the majority of travelers on the biggest travel day of the year will be a crushing blow to TSA operations.

Yet pat downs hardly seem like the answer because of the invasive enhanced pat down procedure recently implemented by the TSA that includes buttocks, genitalia, and breasts...

TSA Clears Illegal Immigrants To Work At NY Airport

Last Updated: Fri, 12/18/2009 - 3:52pm

In the latest of many shameful lapses, the federal agency in charge of securing the nation’s transportation system approved background checks for a dozen illegal immigrants working in sensitive areas of a busy U.S. airport.

The illegal aliens, from Central America and Mexico, worked in operational areas of Stewart International Airport, a 2,400-acre facility located about 60 miles north of New York City.

Stewart is a major passenger airport for the state’s mid-Hudson region that also handles large quantities of cargo and serves as a military field.

The illegal aliens all had security badges approved by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the agency created after the 2001 terrorist attacks mainly to protect airlines. The TSA’s national background check failed to detect the fake Social Security numbers and other bogus documents provided by the illegal immigrants to obtain clearance...

TSA Clears Flight Training For Illegal Immigrants

Last Updated: Mon, 11/08/2010 - 3:58pm

Nearly a decade after the nation's deadliest terrorist attack, “strict security controls” didn’t stop dozens of illegal immigrants from receiving government clearance to train as pilots in the U.S. just as the 9/11 hijackers had done.

The unbelievable story comes via a Massachusetts news station that exposes the government’s failure to adequately protect the nation since Middle Eastern terrorists, trained at American flight schools, crashed airplanes into the World Trade Center and Pentagon. As a result of the 2001 massacre, the government supposedly implemented strict security measures to prevent undocumented foreigners from training at American flight schools.

Incredibly, illegal immigrants still get cleared to take flight lessons because the Homeland Security agency (Transportation Security Administration—TSA) that approves candidates doesn’t bother checking the central agency’s immigration database when it screens foreign flight-school applicants. That means flight schools throughout the U.S. could easily be filled with undocumented foreigners that could represent a national security threat.

At a flight school in Stow, a rural community about 25 miles west of Boston, more than 30 illegal aliens were cleared by the TSA to train as pilots...

But at some point it's about simple human rights.

I don't really fly much but here's my take on the whole thing.

I could care less about being radiated by those machines or if someone sees me naked thru the scanner. If I were stopped and patted down...it will have been the most action I've seen in a while, I'd probably be the perv in that case.

So I'm not really concerned much about it all.

HOWEVER...

Tyner records confrontation with TSA on cell phone

SAN DIEGO —

An Oceanside man who blogged about a confrontation with security officials at the San Diego airport could be slapped with a civil penalty of up to $11,000 for violating federal law, a Transportation Security Administration official said Monday.

"What he's done, he's violated federal law and federal regulations which states once you enter and start the process you have to complete it," said Michael Aguilar.

Aguilar, the TSA's federal security director in San Diego, told reporters at a news conference outside Lindbergh Field Monday, that the agency has opened an investigation, which could result in a civil penalty because the man refused to complete the security scanning process.

"Once a passenger has entered into that screening process, he cannot opt out of it"...

See, that's just it. Our constitutional rights don't depend on individual emotional, circumstancial, or moral points of view.

4th Ammendment:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

You might not might not mind today or tommorrow, but some day you might mind very much. Even if you never care what someone does to you, you and the rest of the population have the right not to have your fourth ammendment right of personal securty violated without probable cause. Simply wanting to travel from point A to point B is not probable cause.

No probable cause = no warrant = NO SEARCH.

This is a foundational constitutional right that they are violating here. It must be challanged as such.

Awareness.

Most people don't fly. Now that the general population is becoming aware of the loss of their fundamental right not to be searched or seized without probable cause and or a warrant, people are getting pissed.

While sexually molesting children in the name of security, agency hires pedophiles and allows illegal immigrants to fly planes and access secure areas of airports

TSA Gives Rapists And Illegals The Green Light While Groping Children

Paul Joseph Watson

Damn...that's a looooooooot of info there...

HOWEVER...

I'm a good advocate for myself and I don't take shit from anyone. If something doesn't seem right about any of it, I trust that I'd know how to handle the situation and can afford to walk away from a non-refundable ticket to protect myself.
