Who is They?

The chip still could be the mark of the beast, but I just think there is no way to choose with a chip. They could put it in vaccines or anything. Maybe it will be a way for control. It clearly says you will have to choose a side on this one, and many who choose not to side with the beast will die. Most people will try to avoid this situation for their families by hiding out. But if people are chipped, there will be nowhere to hide.

Just my crazy thought on it.
