Goldstone's report is hypocritical, he is an hypocrite and tries to only blame one side for the situation.He didnt even take the time to listen Israel's reports, he didnt even condemn the shoot of the deadly qassams.
Those in Geneva included victims and experts from Israel and the West Bank, as well as military and legal experts, and were held on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 July, 2009. [See press release of 7 July and summary of 7 July press conference 2009]
Gaia, he doesn't have the LUXURY of being hypocritical, at least no more than any political entity does. He MUST involve witnesses of all affected states... that is part and parcel of being a highly public figure.
So, based on that, how can we either A) dispute his rulings or B) File them under an inadmissible claim?
