Was it because the poll result was in such a majority against sending additional billions to Israel for the supposed Gaza disengagement and CNN did not want this made known after you had the courage to have the poll taken after the segment aired?

On CNN´s Lou Dobbs show tonight, a poll was taken asking if Americans favored or were against the U.S. giving Israel an additional $2.2 billion of aid to fund the Gaza pullout. We were told that the results would be posted before the program ended but never were shown the results. It wouldn´t surprise me that when CNN executives saw the lopsided vote, they decided not to display the lopsided results, knowing it would embarrass Israel. Remember, back a few years ago, Vernon Jordan, then president of CNN, had to fly to Israel and beg Israel not to pull the plug on CNN as the Israelis threatened to do because CNN broadcasted several programs slightly critical of Israel. After Mr. Jordan promised to never broadcast anything critical of Israel again Israel decided to stay on. Well tonight´s vote was 93percent against the additional $2.2 billion in aid and only 7 percent favored it CNN.com QuickVote . The American people spoke tonight. God Bless America. With this lopsided vote, we have proof that if Congress passes this additional aid to Israel they passed it on votes bought by the Jewish lobby, and does represent the people they serve.

Update: Lou Dobbs did not mention the poll results, but they were shown on screen near the end of the program (95 percent voted ´NO´ with 5 percent voting ´yes´).
