I do not feel like typing out all the details, but we hit it off right from the beginning. We begin analysing networks together and by 2002, Joe and I were able to penetrate just about any network connected to the Internet. The correspondence between John, Joe, and I eventually came to a halt, but in February, 2007 I get a call from Joe telling me that we needed to talk in person. I met with him and he spilled his guts to me.

NEW YORK (Reuters) — L-3 Communications CEO Frank Lanza died unexpectedly late Tuesday, leaving the midtier defense contractor without a designated leader and prey to acquisition-hungry rivals.

The board of New York-based L-3, which Lanza built from nothing to become the Pentagon's ninth-largest contractor, met Wednesday to discuss its leadership.

Meanwhile, L-3 shares rose $3.44 to $76.93 on the New York Stock Exchange. "The loss of L-3's CEO may stir speculation and make the company an acquisition target for larger rivals" such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon or Honeywell, said Pete Najarian, co-founder of InsideOptions.com.

BAE Systems could also be a potential buyer, said Joseph Nadol at JPMorgan. Talk circulated earlier this year that BAE would make an offer for L-3, but the British defense contractor denied it.

The company has no clear succession plan, increasing uncertainty over the company's future, analysts said.

Lanza, 74, was recovering from esophagus surgery two months ago. Doctors had removed acid-reflux-related scarring that prevented him from swallowing food. He visited his doctors on Tuesday and was apparently recovering well, said Robert Millard, lead director of L-3's board.

"His death was sudden and unexpected," Millard said in a statement early Wednesday. "We are all shocked and saddened by the passing.

The poster does not give source, and there may be no internet link. This is extremely factual, as the coming "chip" is more than a buy and sell device. Now all this TSA stuff Patdown and scanner material on the net, is for the purpose of preparing people to accept this DNA type chip.

As every second goes by it is slowly gaining the ability to see further into the future. I'm not going to expand any further here, but to say the satellite is able to do this because of a flaw in the way the Lorentz transformations were derived.
The NSA is able to see approximately 27 hours 42 minutes and 33 seconds into the future of the world. This is done through a satellite. The satellite is able to take images of earth, a selected number of video and audio broadcasts (the majority of it is news) routed to the satellite by communications on the ground up, to roughly 27 hours before it happens.
