Must not be too concerned if they've only evacuated cargo area. Minimum 300 feet in federal institutions for soda can side bomb. If they're saying two duffel bags, that could warrant a mile radius. Also...what's with the black SUV's. Those do not look like police vehicles. Is this FBI maybe?
