It seems to be a fact many cultures have myths and legends about old, lost civilizations. Even China, although they did not call it Atlantis of course. Plato was not the only one who was talking about it. Many other source were simply ignored because they belonged to other, non Indo-Aryan sources (in fact, Atlantean or Lemurian themselves).
