One of the things I will miss is the huge variety of foods available to most of us. Tropical and temperate fruit from all around the world, fermented foods that rely on ingredients that must be shipped quick. Spices, meats, sea foods etc. I can't see us having anything like this smörgåsbord again in our lifetimes.
