I worked for the military for years with a cosmic top secret clearance. This is such bullshit people! THERE IS NOTHING EVER THAT DAMAGING ON CONFIDENTIAL MESSAGING. EVER! They are more embarassed that they were found out being involved in crap they were hiding. If it were important or critical at all to national security they would have made it secret! Secret messages you can read and some are encrypted, depends on the nature of the message.
The reason they are up in arms over it is like some have before mentioned, it exposed their interests economically, and exposed more hypocrisy. The fact that we sent 3.2 trillion dollars to bail out european banks, is a bit of a problem here in america with american tax payers. How do you justify this move, while you leave your own citizens on the meat hook with china? Could have at least payed down the debt with china significantly, would have maybe strengthened our economy? HUH!? Or how do you explain now to 2 million pissed of americans how they wont have their unemployment checks funded. The list of vacated responsabilities by our government is growing. This is a deliberate action to breakdown and shutdown the global economic system.
Ya see with that kind of money there should be something called disclosure! If we had a huge discussion here in the government adn all the deliberation over 890 billion to bailout wallstreet and banks and insurance companies, and such a big uproar over whether to do it or not, then caving in and doing it because it would save the economy in the U.S. which by the way never worked. How about aloting our citizens here just one trillion. Our financial woes individually would for the most part go away.
But ya see Shuffling that kind of money around secretly to citizens not our own, presents a special set of problems for our government. Especially all the while assuring everyone while you keep telling everyone the stimulus package is working, is just a bit too moronic. They are lieing to everyone and wikileaks proves it. The only thing damaging to anyone with this leak isnt strategic locations of anything. Its governmental lack of allegance to its citizenry. HYPOCRISY of the highest order, i believe they call it TREASON butt wipe.
And maybe its the embalance of tax payers dollars? Why does europe get 3.2 trillion and we get under one trillion for stimulus.
