Re: Anyone else lost their money on the rigged full tilt poker site?
Yeh, if you do a bit of research you'll find a lot of people think they're rigged.
Here's what full tilt do:

1. They give you an initial honeymoon period. When this is over you get hammered - bat beat after bad beat like you wouldn't believe. It's psychology 101. Give the person the idea they can make a fortune, then make them chase their losses.
2. Action flops. Don't know what these are go and look them up. Flopped a straight? Someone else flopped the flush. Have a three of a kind? Someone else just scored the straight.
3. Similar deals. You have pocket 10s? Guaranteed someone else just got dealt pocket 9s or pocket Js. Same with aces and kickers.
4. The river deciders. By far the most common. So on the flop you scored your 2 pair. The pot is big so you go all in. You're confident you have the best hand. Someone calls you with the low pair, then scores the three of the kind on the river. Man I got sick of seeing this. It makes it impossible to play strong poker.

You can even see the delay as the software decides what card is going to be dealt on the river.

These sites aren't regulated - basically they can do what they like, and what they like to do is mangle the game beyond recognition. It's not poker, it's roulette.

I might still go back to real money sometime - just because it's such a bore playing for free. But it'll be like spending money at the movies.

I've gone to a lot of the sites - they all seem to be rigged. Full tilt has the biggest scope of scams though.

soap

Oh yeh and I do believe they play bots on the money tables. Makes sense. If you'll cheat on the others, why not this? Means you're giving back much less money.

Re: Anyone else lost their money on the rigged full tilt poker site?
And the big hands!
Four of a kind happen a lot.
I even saw one tournament start out like this - straight flush, followed by royal flush - for the same player.
Ok mebe - but man the odds are astronomical.
The four of a kind is a definite though - even noticed when they changed the algorithm and the frequency went up.

There is some thought they also decide who'll make the final table before the first deal.

Here's another thing you'll see - you'll always start the tournament strong, then as it approaches the bubble you get nothing but weak hand after weak hand.

The bubble is the most dangerous time for the action flop as well.

Your thread title should have been: Who else is a fuck'n retard?
Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things.

You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

when you rob Paul to give to Peter ... ... ... you will always get Peters support!

I have always enjoyed Full Tilt, but still prefer Ultimate Bet more. Usually I go Ultimate Bet, PokerStars, Full Tilt and then maybe BoDog, Absolute Poker and once in awhile Poker.com.

Of course the grinders play the ring games.
I couldn't play them because I kept falling asleep.
"Raise the ante. Get one taker. Big bet on the flop. Other guy folds". Repeat ad nauseum.

But if you want to make money of the sites, it's probably what you have to do.

Or stick to low cost sit n gos - and play very very defensively. Apparently this is what a lot of the pros do.

But I go there for fun not to earn an income.

All people claiming that the site is rigged are FUCKING RETARDS. There are so many games going on the rake metre is running like KKKKKKRAAAAAYZIEEEE. The truth is they DONT NEED rigged games to make money, that 1%-5% (approximately) they get from every pot and all those tournament fees add up you know.

So stop playing like monkeys on PCP and learn how to play or wear your tinfoil and say "DIS GAME ERE IS RIGGED MAYNE, FO SHO I LOST TWO FLIPS IN A ROW"

Mmmm I believe you brother I really do.
Except then I remember human nature, which has this fundamental rule - making money is good, making more is better.

They do it to make more money.
Donks want the action - ergo the action flops.
Turn someone into a gambler (honeymoon period) and you have a revenue stream until they go bankrupt.
Play bots and muahahaha ... oh stop me ... muahahahaha ... please it's too much ... hahahaha.

Course they cheat numbnuts - who's going to stop them? And it's so easy to call the person a shit poker player when they complain. But remember you're on a conspiracy site here - we're used to the reflex shill response "you're crazy".

Pokerstars aren't as flamboyant as full tilt.
The main thing they have is the action flop.
That's the easiest thing to play with - you just adjust your game to the fact that there will be bigger hands more often.

It's all the same thing, gambling.

I'm less inclined to beleive it's rigged, and more inclined to agree that the complainers are just sore losers who aren't as good as they seem to think they are. For example:

you dont have to gamble to play poker. If you gamble, you lose money atlast in the longterm.

A serious poker player (not crazy allinner like you see on TV) will only strike when there is an opportunity!! Slow but steady gain.

Re: Anyone else lost their money on the rigged full tilt poker site?
I don't think it is rigged I do think they use differant programs like Full Tilt you see many flushes at poker stars it seems more to the real lives games same thing as far as flops. I think you would have to worry more about a bunch of college kids in a room together playing in the same game and figuring the odds and taking the pots.

They won't let Washington state players play for real money anymore so I just play live games now. And to the poster above that said you can't get your money back in the US is not true or lets say it wasn't true I don't know about now. I have a couple of friends that have cashed in one from poker stars and the other from full Tilt when party poker was up and doing the millions boat cruise my friend also won that trip a couple times in one year the second time he one they paid him the 12 thousand the cost of the winnings. Anyway I like playing live games more than online anyday but for fun and to practice just to see many flops and outcomes I play online for free now. :(

I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for them to deposit 180.00 back into my account. Use to have no problems withdrawing from my Full tilt account now it is just not working they owe me over 240.00 dollars they keep saying its a 3rd party mistake and keep telling them to fix it. But they have not no need to play if you cant get your money.

I gave up on FTP a while back. If you play the free tables and the pay tables you see the card rigging way too easily. On the free side you'll get 4 of a kind, full houses, ect all the time.

On the pay tables you'll have a guy with one out on the turn river your ass all day long. FWIW I never put money into it. I did the free rolls, placed, won money, then kept losing it all to impossible hands when good NL strategy dictates that you should shove. Too many second best hands up against the nuts for it not to be rigged IMHO.

 Quoting: NATURAL BORN WITH PROOF

Really if you play right, it's not so much a game of chance as it is a game of mathematics. That's what drew me to the game to start with. Roulette and slots are games of chance. Poker is a game where if you can crunch the numbers and pick up on tells and betting habits you should be able to come out ahead in the long run as long as the dealing is truly random.

FTP uses a multi-deck card pool to counter people figuring out the shuffle algorithm. If it picks a card already in play, it randomizes again until it gets one that isn't in play. The bad thing about this is that there is no way to reliably audit the system and check to see if it's dealing action hands purposefully.
