It that were possible, man would have already done to himself what he did on mars, using them, set his atmosphere on fire. There are ALWAYS "strange atmospheric anomalies " over areas where massive quakes occurs. There were in the China quake and others. This is the quake making a statement that its about to happen. One day man will be able to observe these enough time before the happen and help those who would be affected take cover. In fact since NASA is making such statements, you can be pretty sure they know and they did NOTHING ON PURPOSE or if they did, JAPAN did nothing on purpose, or IF THEY DID< they DID NOT PUT IT OUT ON THE NET so Japanese citizens, even if their government did not, might have been given time to make it inland. PONDER THIS.
