Anonymous Coward User ID: 1170246 Canada 12/09/2010 09:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Can anyone say NWO??? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1179934A self check out kiosk that not only takes your drivers license and HD picture of your face, but also takes a full DNA scan. Yes people cleverly disguised as a 'Breathalyzer test' (Why would this matter? Shouldn't they be concerned about what your blood alcohol content is AFTER you drink and forced to drive home??) They have had breath DNA tests for years and if in 2006( [link to www.epigeneticsnews.com] ) they could get a full DNA scan with a hand-held device, then imagine how quick and easily they can get one using this large machine. First its certain items such as alcohol or tobacco, then slowly make all purchases mandatory via this intrusive abomination. Boycott the NWO machines and refuse to shop anywhere that has them, even if you have to pay a bit extra or drive farther(you will have to, its only a matter of time). This could benefit the private wine stores, since people will not be happy about having to give ID just to buy a bottle of wine. Of course there is always a % of the population who shop at wallmart for groceries etc., who will probably not even care about giving their ID, but I'll bet that most other well informed, thinking peeps will avoid them like the plague. Oh don't you all just love how the US government is always watching out for the safety and wellbeing of its people. Your tax dollars being used to protect you from yourselves. Its very interesting that they want to do the breathalyser "before" you buy the wine. See folks thats a big clue as to what they are really up to. Oh yea.....another few jobs lost. Yep, way to go America. Your really helping your people. |

PrincessBride User ID: 1189487 United States 12/09/2010 09:14 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So does this limit the amount of wine you can purchase? What if you need a few cases of wine for a wedding reception, fashion show, or some other event? It's kind of scary the state there wants to control wine sales and all this will go into some database somewhere (you can count on it). I mean, if you are an event planner, like to entertain at home often, or your daughter is getting married you might get flagged as a lush. Think about it, why the breathalyzer if they are not limiting what you can buy when there are lots of legitimate reasons to buy wine without being a wino. Look no further than Jesus for example when he turned water to wine at a wedding. Heart of the heroes, ride. Up through an empty house of stars, Being what heart you are, Up the inhuman steeps of space As on a staircase go in grace, Carrying the firelight on your face Beyond the loneliest star. Anonymous Coward User ID: 982227 United States 12/09/2010 09:37 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ATM machines already capture your face and some capture your fingerprint on touch screens. I agree a breath test is a little too far. Eventually this will be used at some point in a court of law. Also, this can be used to nab DUI's. Clerk notices your way over legal limit, notifies the police sitting outside, and as soon as you pull away you get pulled over. What if you use listerine, will it show on the breath test? |
