Thanks... There is a veteran in jail in Kansas right now who was arrested for stalking them. He lost both legs in Afghanistan, and when police located him he had a trunk full of weapons and ammo...

Not sure, I tried to look at the press release on the Westboro website, but couldn't get it to open. Their site is VERY slow.

Stopped? from what, using their first amendment right to free speech? Don't be an idiot. Of course these people are abrasive and unChristian-like in their actions, but the minute you start trying to control what people do and say is the minute tyranny ensues. There is, then, no limit to what can be "stopped," as you put it.
