Now, in most cases the doubleplus++ obesity upon dining at Red Lobster is caused by actually eating the biscuits. However, even if avoided the calorie levels in the air are so elevated it's hard to avoid spontaneous fattening. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1191422Seafood is high in fat it has more good fat than bad but its still fat, even nuts are high in fat. |

It's carbs which make you fat, and too much protein - as that goes straight to fat too. |

Weird for a seafood restaurant which should have the skinniest people. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1191422I put on 2 lb everytime we go out, no matter what I eat. Even if it's just fish and salad at Red Lobster. I believe it's because they use unhealthy oils and other stuff like high fructose corn syrup in all the restaurants. No olive oil or butter - that's only for 5 star hotels these days. Consequently, we no longer eat out and haven't for many, many months. They might be serving cannibal lobsters |

I would try to eat at RL when I was on the Atkins diet, forgot how good those bad boys smelt. Had to restart diet. |

Simply mix bisquick as per the "drop biscuit" recipe on the box. Add cheese when mixing, bake. People think that Red Lobster has some fancy recipe, but its just cheap garbage. Do that shit at home for pennies. |

Top it all off with a nice big slice of key lime pie. No calories there! :) |

What kinda cheese and what do they put on to make the shiny top crust? I do not think it could be that easy... |
