Building a Communitarian Planned Police State
Community (communitarian) Oriented Policing plays a key role in building a new world. Community police are in almost every nation now, and they are directly involved in ALL Local Agenda 21 neighborhood planning efforts. The COPS suggest new laws that help them gather necessary data. The COPS have the database of every resident's personal information on laptops in their cars. Here's a nice video produced by the Sacramento Police Department that describes how the COPS program was first tested in government housing projects that were left to rot for years. When they introduced their communitarian solution to the police neglect, there were many residents who welcomed it. In June 2000 I went to a meeting at Town Hall in Seattle, Washington where Jody Kretzmann spoke to a group of community "leaders" about a "new approach" to Rebuilding Communities. I've posted this before and some of my readers are already familiar with it. But since I have so many new readers who are as yet unaware of the process underway, I thought I'd go ahead and post it again. With all the interest in UN Local Agenda 21 now, it might help to know exactly HOW it's being implemented at the grassroots level, globally. [link to www.abcdinstitute.org]

ABCD is the program Barack and Michelle Obama were trained in, and John McNight is the guy who signed Obama's Harvard Law School application. Jim Diers was Director of the Department of Neighborhoods when the Roosevelt Neighborhood Plan designated our homes as a pilot test for the COPS' COMPASS database. One primary goal of our pilot test was to find "innovative" ways around the 4th Amendment, identified by SPD Police Chief Norm Stamper as an "identified barrier to the program." Diers wrote a book in 2004 about his experiences there called Neighbor Power. It "describes Seattle’s Department of Neighborhoods and its bold experiments in bottom-up neighborhood planning and development."
