No one on this Planet, at this time, can touch the two witnesses. Lucifer ran away from them in 2001 and the prick is hiding in a masonic lodge.
His master satan is still locked in the pit, and will not be released until after the 5th Angel launches.
Satan himself takes out the two witnesses between the 6th and 7th Angels. By this time more than 5 billion of Earths current population has exited the Planet.
