Which is worse for a child: violence or sex/nudity?

Before I being this question, we need to get a couple things out of the way. One, please don't let the debate sidetrack (too) much. Obviously, good insight on the general vicinity is good for any debate, but going too far can hurt the conclusion of people involved (or irritate them).

Secondly, there are rules I'm going to establish for this post. The rule is: you have to pick one or the other and explain why. There, 'nuff said.

So, the question:
If your child had to be subjected to one thing, would you choose violence or nudity/sex?

This question absolutely does NOT include actual sexual acts with a minor (disgusting and illegal). The question is asking a choice of subjection. IE, what the hell is on TV, a video game, in a book, etc.

Personally, I'd pick nudity/sex. I'd much rather my child see a nipple on television than a grizzly murder. For one, they're going to see a female nipple at some point anyhow. Two, they're natural body parts and it's nothing to be ashamed of. Three, a quick glance of a nipple is far less detrimental than a glance of destruction.
