RAPE VICTIM ARRESTED for REFUSING TSA PAT DOWN!

I know the fourth amendment ensures "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures ..." But which part of the constitution protects us from unreasonable arrest?


The TSA is part of Department of Homeland Security. It makes it's own rules and so far, protecting us from terra-ists has trumped the Constitution (thanks to the Patriot Act and more odious laws passed later that say the President can have anyone declared a terrorist and thrown in an undisclosed prison without representation forever). I think someone made up the Patdown or Arrest regulation on the spur of the moment to arrest that guy (a pilot?) a few weeks ago. It's all totally ad hoc now, and absolutely unlawful as far as I can tell -- assuming the Supreme Court hasn't been sufficiently bought to judge this accurately.
