Fudge

3 cups white sugar
3/4 cup butter
sm. can evap.milk
12 oz bag semisweet cho.chips
7oz jar marshmallow cream
1tsp vanilla

1 cup chopped pecans if you like

Melt butter in microwave proof bowl(a large one) for 1 min. Stir in sugar and milk, microwave 3 min. stir,microwave2 min, stir, microwave 3 min, stir and finally microwave 2 1/2 min. Remove from microwave and stir in chips, marshmallow cream vanilla and nuts. pour in to pan quickly as it sets pretty fast. I sometimes poor in to paper cups cake cups and give as gifts, it looks really nice that way. This is very tasty for microwave fudge and is fool proof.

I usually do scratch cook, but I wanted to try it this way and see what I got. If I move back on my boat scratch cooking curry would be hard.

My EX use to be that way she grew up with having a cook or going to restaurants ... she can cook now but there was a time she could burn water with the best of them!

I can cook now, nothing fancy schmancy tho.

And now... I'm hungry (for some strange reason).
