I think the danger begins when we begin to think we definitely know something without realizing that we only believe something.

Then we start to call people names, just like they call us names, and it becomes a messy battle.

Rather, if we behaved in a way realizing our equality in true ignorance, meaning that neither of us really know anything for sure, we might approach people in a more kind way, and also realize what they are saying may or may not be, but that shouldn't interfere with our being first and foremost in exemplifying behavior we believe is best.
