You can get all the info you need by perusing the web. Actually, the modern take on lighwork is a whole lot different that what it's origin was. It was about healing, not trying to vibrate off the planet... IDK, kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Alot of the 'work' has been falsified and blown out of proportion in the last few years....
