I didn't need to hear much to know she is a fraud. It is really sad that some people will distort the people's traditions and package it for sale to non natives for personal gain. Sadder still is that these are the ones that non natives remember and associate with native heritage. I have often been flamed for presenting truth about our people challenging the drivel from self proclaimed shamans and seers or by non natives that read silly books and consider themselves experts.The truth is that most of our traditions are gone. Most of our knowledge is gone. What is left is kept in secret. People that really know do not seek fame and make proclamations. They are very humble people and they take their responsibilities with respect and honour. They don't go on the internet to sell things. The very people that destroyed our traditions are now the ones replacing them with lies and holding fake native tradition in high regard. Unfortunately there are natives that perpetuate these scams for their own purposes. I have encountered lots of fake shaman schools in my day. I remember one that was around called John Two Birds. He used to "train" white women from all over the world and one of the final rituals before being given a fake ancient pipe and the "title" of shaman was sex with him. Those girls really believe they are shamans. It sickens me.
