Not me, I actualy like myself and love myself but I love to play that game and are so completely addicted to it.

Who cares about real life. If my hunger is gone my sexual cravings being taken care of then life is a bit boring and I tend to search for fun things.

Some hangout on GLP all day
Some play WoW all day

There are so many addictions which are great fun, pick yer poison and totally go for it.
Indulge yourself, you can if you love yourself and enjoy every moment of it for there will come a time that I eventually will get fedup with it but until that time you find me in WoW..

I played on Azjol-Nerub. Had a 60 NE Warrior and a 60 Human Priest, other lower level toons too.

When BC expansion came out, I couldn't take the grind. Plus, you know, fucking greens from outlands were better than my raid epics, which pissed me off. Plus, Vanguard had come out and it was Brad's baby, so I had to try it. Nice game, but buggy and required higher end specs. Also it has really poor mid and upper-end content.

Left it for EQ2, where I reside today on Lucan D'Lere.

omfgbbq , this game is so addicting. i have a 70 fire mage, 60 prot warrior in full might(oldschool yes i know)
and some other chars i use for banking and such.
i remember taking 4 days odd of work playing hooky to play this damn game.
back in the mc and bwl days, i used to raid for hours and hours, . ill never forget when we downed rag. woot!

Ragnaros is a fun fight!

If anything, I miss the PvP in WoW. It was a lot of fun, and EQ2's PvP doesn't hold a candle to it.

Warhammer Online should be interesting.

WoW was good 1-60. After that it's just repcraft unless you're in a "top guild" in which you HAVE to put in at least 4 hours (usually 6-8 in reality) every night for raids and even that gets old after a while.

If you are not in a top guild all you have left to do is grind reputation which is not fun at all. WoW is the ultimate money sink to the extreme. Blizzard does not even put any effort into giving you new content, they just come out with more factions to grin rep with.

I was a in a top guild. Played every single day for 6+ hours for more then 2 years (I work from home and had no bloody life for these 2 years). I quit right before the expansion when we found out you would have to grind so much more bloody reputation just to get into the dungeons.

I played on Shattered Hand and had 6 level 60 characters.

Level 60 Paladin in full tier 2 and some tier 3.

Level 60 Priest in full tier 1 and some tier 2.

Level 60 Rogue in full tier 1 and some tier 2.

Level 60 Mage in full tier 1 and some tier 2.

Level 60 Warrior in some tier 1.

Level 60 Druid in some tier 1.



Vanguard is a beautiful game but the PvP is so messed up it's not even funny. I've tried and played every single MMO out there and theres only 2 MMO games that really have it all. Shadowbane for the PvP and Final Fantasy 11 Online for everything else. No other MMO's can touch them. BF2142 is sick and I'm waiting for UT2007, that's going to be insane.

I'm going for Age of Conan and Warhammer Online. I dig the fantasy/middle-earth genre, but no I'll not play LoTRO. I don't need any more WoW-ish hand holding.

I quit Vanguard primarily because they'd rather nerf all the fucking classes than fix the damn game engine. Fuckers. I don't really give a shit what SOE will do with it now that they've got it.

But then, am a Sony fanboi EQ2 player.

Have been bored by and generally sick to death of WoW for a while now, but there is no better mmorpg option right now.

Endless grinds that are the same basic thing over, and over, and over. You can only raid for leet gear for so long until it starts to make your brain numb from sheer boredom.

I am eagerly awaiting Age of Conan this October! I have seen the Beta and it looks amazing - will take a lot of the bored WoW players away.

And if Conan doesn't cut it, Warhammer is out early next year!

They were having this discussion the month my fiancee died. She died Christmas morning in 2005. I used to play hit man contracts on ps3 whilst she nagged/talked about our futures... I'd Stare into the screen and tune her out. I was such a dumb ads. I do not play games now.
