Ok, so we deposit our check or direct deposit into our bank account as lawful money. I got that part.
But how do we spend it without it converting back into FRNs?
Or is that an issue at all?

The problem is, banks have gotten wise to this, and every attempt is met with a call to the legal dept. which then informs the manager that "no special restrictions are allowed" and/or "no modifications to the signature card is allowed".

I've been fighting this, and 5 banks later, there is no joy. I believe somewhere in this thread, someone mentioned that Bank Of America's legal dept. is aware of, and will allow this... NOT TRUE!

Anyone have other suggestions for how to accomplish this?
