Terminate your "voluntary" election to file (which they actually allow you to do believe it or not) OR stay liable to pay income taxes...its that simple. Bullshit, you use their frn's you pay the fee but good luck with your method of 'terminating your voluntary election to file'. Now THAT will get you a prison sentence.  Try this method and end up in jail I know plenty of people who use this method and have been for over 5 years, none in jail, none taken to court.
