WTF - "Silver Bullion" wins the race 31st December 2010
I thought it was a joke when I seen the youtube clip, a horse called "Silver Bullion" took 1st place at Race 6 Mooney Valley race course Victoria, Australia on 31st December, 2010.

Track results for the race are at [link to www.odds.com.au]

Unbloodybelievable, especially on the day when silver hit its 30-year high.

Yes thats how they do it. Keep watching, look at the cards, you will see it. I won on the very last race of 2010 in the UK yesterday. The Horse was called Shuil Royale or Royal Eye. Shuil is Irish for eye.

Thanks to GLP, i couldnt help but think of the 'All Seeing Eye' and put my money on it. It paid out at 5 to 1. I took it at 7.5 to 1 before its price started to drop just before the race started

chuckle

Trusted Partner

and the race was held at Moonee Valley, Vic Aus (as in "silver to the moon")

Here's the transcript of the race commentary:
