Yes people do make up the weirdist of nasty stuff sometimes - Especially going way back..I refer to the Quran( in parts) of course in this case..
Plenty of ridiculous stuff in most old books that preach..and plenty of stuff in the BiBle you wouldn't want to follow - if you're sane that is. It's the fools who take it all(ALL) seriously though..That is the real worry..seems no shortage of those lunatics - Think for yourselves is the best advice.. Right and wrong isn't always clear cut but killing or harming anyone(including blowing up innocent people) or persecuting anyone is never going to be right whatever any old book tells you..
